This is the first of four, ‘Its a Sunday Thing’
I’ve been thinking lately that Sunday used to be a day, not just for stopping to pray, but for other things, like visiting, spending time together, relaxing and enjoying each other’s company.
All the days of the week seem to be the same now. Time is the most important thing in our lives.
I think we have lost something that kept families together and in touch with each other.
What do you think?

by: Helen Steiner Rice Thank you, God, for little things that often come our way, The things we take for granted but don’t mention when we pray, The unexpected courtesy, the thoughtful, kindly deed, A hand reached out to touch us in the time of sudden need- Oh make us more aware, dear God, of little daily graces That come to us with “sweet surprise” from never dreamed of places.
