CLOUD POEMS
From the window of Dad’s car
I watched an elephant walk across the sky
It smiled a milky smile at me
I held my dolly up
So he could see
Her pretty dress of pink and blue
He floated away
His trunk held high
As bossy sun came out
To shine
Goodbye my elephant cloud i sighted
Come play with me another day
……….
Clouds
They moved – as birds in flight
Wings spread wide against a
Plume sky of gathering grey
Quilted white day
