Waited for our new granddaughter to be born
The hours have been long – slow to put in
The worry strong
We wait for your time
Ask you give strength to Lisa a new Mum
Fortitude to bear the agony
Of bringing new life into the world
A new day dawn and she is alone
Be with her in her distress.
We know your love is more powerful
Than the pain
And little Emma-Lee is a much
Awaited on little girl
Will arrive healthy and well
To join our family circle
